I have a BA in Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science, as well a Master's degree in Health. As a certified Metabolic Health Practitioner (MHP), I'm thrilled to explore food choices with you. With over 30 years of experience in teaching Health and Physical Education, I am a wellness advocate committed to balancing all facets of life—physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual.

A runner for over thirty years, I often questioned why my body wasn't responding as I desired. Instead of losing body fat, I felt like I was gaining it, and I thought that running more miles would help. However, the increased mileage only led to stress and injury, prompting me to reevaluate my exercise strategy. By focusing on strength training and reducing cardio, I achieved the transformation I was seeking. Small dietary changes also made a significant impact over time. I've learned the importance of consistency—committing to myself every day!

Having observed many individuals in different fitness settings, I've noticed that enthusiasm for new programs often diminishes when they don't align with personal needs. But don't worry!
